Sr.Tibco Developer

5 to 10 of hands-on experience in enterprise integration, with at least 5 years on TIBCO platforms

• Expert-level proficiency in TIBCO Business Works (5.x and/or BW 6.x / Container Edition)
• Strong expertise in TIBCO EMS architecture, administration, and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka — cluster setup, topic design, Kafka Streams, consumer/producer patterns, and integration with enterprise systems
• Solid understanding of integration patterns: SOA, event-driven architecture, pub/sub, request-reply, and event streaming
• Experience integrating with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and telecom platforms is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, REST, SOAP, and Web Services standards
• Experience with TIBCO Administrator, HAWK, and monitoring/alerting frameworks
• Exposure to DevOps practices — CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) for BW CE preferred
• Strong documentation and communication skills; experience presenting to senior stakeholders
