Sr. Test Lead - T24 - UAT

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for the Temenos T24 Upgrade Program, covering both System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Define, own, and govern the overall test strategy, testing approach, quality framework, and release readiness criteria.
• Develop and maintain the Master Test Plan, detailed test schedules, test cycles, entry/exit criteria, and RAID log.
• Manage testing scope across T24 modules, integrated applications, digital channels, interfaces, migrated data, regression testing, and COB (Close of Business) validations.
• Coordinate with PMO, business SMEs, development, integration, migration, infrastructure, and environment teams to ensure seamless test execution.
• Ensure test environment readiness, test data availability, connectivity validation, system date setup, and dependency management prior to execution.
• Drive SIT and UAT execution, monitor progress against plans, and ensure adherence to quality gates and delivery timelines.
• Lead defect management activities, including logging, triage, prioritization, tracking, retesting, closure, and defect leakage control.
• Facilitate daily test status reviews, defect review meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and ensure complete test coverage for business and functional requirements.
• Coordinate end-to-end integration testing across upstream and downstream banking systems.
• Support business users during UAT by preparing test scenarios, executing critical test flows, capturing evidence, and obtaining sign-offs.
• Validate migrated data and ensure successful execution of migration testing activities.
• Coordinate regression testing cycles and ensure critical banking processes remain unaffected by system changes.
• Provide regular management reporting, quality dashboards, risk assessments, and Go/No-Go recommendations for release decisions.
• Ensure all test evidence, sign-off documents, and compliance artifacts are maintained for audit and governance purposes.
• Collaborate with automation teams to enhance regression coverage and improve testing efficiency.
• Coordinate performance, interface, and non-functional testing activities with relevant teams.
• Plan and oversee knowledge transfer activities, including handover of test assets, automation scripts, documentation, and operational runbooks to support and run teams.
• Ensure business continuity and release sign-off readiness for every deployment within the T24 upgrade program.
