Sr Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements for Home Loan and Personal Loan products.
• Understand and support the complete loan lifecycle: Lead Generation, Customer Onboarding, KYC Verification, Credit Assessment, Bureau Checks (CIBIL/Experian/Equifax), Loan Origination, Underwriting, Approval, Sanction, Disbursement, EMI Servicing, Collections, Recovery, Loan Closure.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis and coordinate with business, product, technology, and testing teams.
• Support UAT and production validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and lending regulations.
• Participate in requirement walkthroughs and stakeholder discussions.
