Requirements

• Lower Bound Skills Database testing Functional Testing or Quality Engineering experience.
• AI/ML or Generative AI implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of SIT, STLC, SDLC, Defect Management, and Test Management processes.
• Experience with Python, AI/ML libraries, and data analysis tools.
• Understanding of regression testing, risk-based testing, and test optimization.
• Familiarity with Jira, Xray, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Upper bound skills 8+ years of Testing and Quality Engineering experience.
• 4+ years of AI/ML implementation experience in QE environments.
• Proven experience implementing AI-driven Testing accelerators.
• Expertise in Predictive Analytics, Defect Prediction, and Quality Dashboards.
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, and AI-enabled SDLC solutions.
• Strong understanding of Automation Testing and QE transformation programs.
• Experience in large Banking or Digital Transformation engagements.
• Ability to drive QE innovation and consulting initiatives.
