Sr Test Engineer

Requirements

• AI/ML or Generative AI implementation experience
• Python
• AI/ML libraries
• data analysis tools
• 5+ years of Functional Testing or Quality Engineering experience
• 2+ years of AI/ML or Generative AI implementation experience
• Strong understanding of SIT, STLC, SDLC, Defect Management, and Test Management processes
• Understanding of regression testing, risk-based testing, and test optimization
• Familiarity with Jira, Xray, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• 8+ years of Testing and Quality Engineering experience
• 4+ years of AI/ML implementation experience in QE environments
• Proven experience implementing AI-driven Testing accelerators
• Expertise in Predictive Analytics, Defect Prediction, and Quality Dashboards
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, and AI-enabled SDLC solutions
• Strong understanding of Automation Testing and QE transformation programs
• Experience in large Banking or Digital Transformation engagements
• Ability to drive QE innovation and consulting initiatives
