Technical Writer - Senior 8+ Years
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing technical documentation for Enterprise products and creating content for user manuals, quick-start guides, installation guides, and training materials for both internal and external users.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and write technical content including product descriptions, installation procedures, operating instructions, maintenance, and troubleshooting information.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather technical information and requirements.
- Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Coordinate and control documentation and training material development projects and deliverables.
- Contribute to best-in-class knowledge transfer and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Required Skills (Must Have)
- Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation and illustrations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating with Engineering, Marketing, SMEs, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with JIRA and Confluence .
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Adobe FrameMaker
- Adobe Illustrator
- RoboHelp
- Photoshop
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- DITA
Experience
- 8+ years of relevant Technical Writing experience preferred.
