Sr. Technical Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Purview solutions for enterprise clients.
• Design and deploy Data Mapping strategies and build a Unified Data Catalog.
• Develop and enforce Data Governance frameworks aligned with regulatory and business requirements.
• Configure and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and Information Protection rules.
• Implement and monitor Insider Risk Management protocols.
• Drive adoption of Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and DSPM for AI across client environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Compliance, Legal, and IT Operations.
• Provide technical documentation, training, and guidance to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal governance policies.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of data classification, sensitivity labels, and compliance policies.
• Experience configuring and managing DLP, Information Protection, and Insider Risk Management.
• Familiarity with DSPM tools and methodologies, especially for AI workloads.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in L3 support / implementation roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
• Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate.
• Experience supporting regulated industries (Finance, Healthcare, etc.).
• Familiarity with CIS Benchmarks and secure configuration standards.
• Understanding of India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and enterprise compliance requirements.
