Sr. Technical SEO Specialist

At Marqetrix Web Solutions, we are expanding our SEO division and seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical SEO Specialist to drive advanced optimization for complex, large-scale websites. This role focuses on enhancing crawlability, site structure, Core Web Vitals, and overall technical excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every website meets the highest standards of performance, search readiness, and scalability.

As a Senior Technical SEO Specialist at Marqetrix Web Solutions, you will lead advanced technical optimization efforts to improve site architecture, indexing efficiency, and organic performance. You ll conduct deep audits, plan scalable SEO structures, and execute data-driven strategies that deliver long-term, measurable growth.

• Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving crawl, indexing, and site structure issues.
• Optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, and overall site performance using advanced tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with developers to implement schema markup, structured data, redirects, canonical tags, and other best practices.
• Oversee site migrations, URL restructuring, and technical implementations to maintain or improve organic performance.
• Monitor performance using tools like Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Log File Analyzers to ensure search engines efficiently understand and access all content.

• Proven experience in technical SEO with a strong portfolio showcasing measurable improvements in organic performance.
• Strong understanding of site architecture, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicalization, and index management.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and Google Search Console.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript rendering, and CMS platforms like WordPress or custom frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

• Experience working on large, enterprise-level or multi-location websites.
• Deep knowledge of Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse reports, and advanced performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with log file analysis, server configurations, and CDN setups.
• Experience with schema development, JSON-LD, and advanced structured data strategies.
• Understanding of technical integrations including APIs, headless WordPress, and modern web architectures.

• 4-7 years of hands-on technical SEO experience in an agency or high-traffic environment.
• Demonstrated success in improving crawl efficiency, page speed, and site performance at scale.
• Prior experience leading technical SEO strategies for complex or multi-site projects.
• Proven ability to work with developers, product teams, and content specialists.
• Strong track record of managing multiple technical SEO projects simultaneously.
