Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for critical technical roles across the organization. This person will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of technical talent markets, proven sourcing expertise, and experience recruiting for roles such as software engineering, data, product, infrastructure, cloud, ai, cybersecurity, and technical leadership.

This is a hybrid role and the office is located in Ahmedabad, India

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, interview processes, and hiring strategies.
• Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, industry events, and other creative channels.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs.
• Evaluate candidates technical experience, career goals, communication skills, and alignment with organizational values.
• Provide hiring teams with market insights, compensation trends, pipeline data, and recruiting recommendations.
• Promote fair, consistent, and inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment process.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful engagement.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Use recruiting metrics to identify challenges, improve processes, and support workforce-planning decisions.
• Mentor recruiters and contribute to recruiting programs, tools, and best practices.
• Represent the organization's employer brand in every candidate interaction.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience recruiting technical professionals.
• Experience recruiting for software engineering, data and analytics, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI Roles, product, or technical leadership roles
• Demonstrated success filling specialized and senior-level technical positions.
• Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, terminology, and talent markets.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
• Strong interviewing, negotiation, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using recruiting data and metrics to guide decisions.
