Sr Technical Manager-EV

Responsibilities

• Ability to provide solutions based on high level problem statements
• Ability to build robust large scale distributed systems with Java

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant engineering experience
• Minimum of 3+ years of managing engineers
• Experience in partnering with product and program management teams

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Algorithms and Data Structures used in Java applications
• Good Knowledge in RDBMS, No-SQL databases, Object Oriented design and development (OOA/OOD)
• Development expertise on Advanced Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Microservices, Webservices, JPA, Hibernate and other similar technologies
• Technical experience in understanding infrastructure, architecture, planning and designing, covering both on-premise and cloud stack
• Knowledge on design patterns and principles ( e.g.., SOLID )

Preferred Qualifications

• Define short-term and long-term product roadmap with faster time-to-market
• Good communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to all the stakeholders
• Proven experience in managing agile projects
• Work with Product and Program Managers to develop and evolve the vision and strategy for the team
