Job Location

Electronic -City, Phase II, Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Develop & customize AOSP Telephony Framework
• Work on RIL (RILJ, RILC) and modem integration
• Debug issues: call drops, data issues, network registration, certification issues
• Handle LTE/5G data (WAN), roaming, network selection
• Develop IMS features (VoLTE, VoWiFi, ViLTE, VONR)
• Work with Qualcomm chipset platforms
• Analyze logs: logcat, radio logs, QXDM, TCP
• Support Regulatory & carrier certifications (PTCRB, GCF, Verizon, ATT & TMO)
• Troubleshoot cellular connectivity across NAS (Non-Access Stratum), AS (Access Stratum), and RRC (Radio Resource Control) protocol layers

Who you are

Required Skills

• Strong in Android Telephony Framework, RIL & modem SW
• Experience in AOSP customization & debugging
• Knowledge of LTE / 5G / IMS/ RCS/ eSIM
• Programming: Java, C, C++
• Experience with modem logs & debugging tools
