- Hands-on with supporting the Conditional Access policies, identity governance controls, MFA, and Zero Trust security initiatives within the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Provide L2 support and administration for Microsoft Security and Compliance technologies including Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, DefenderforOffice365,MicrosoftPurview,DataLossPrevention(DLP),Information Protection, Sensitivity Labels, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Investigate,troubleshoot,andresolvesecurityincidents,servicerequests,andpolicy-relatedissuesescalatedfromL1teamswhileensuringcompliancewithagreedSLAs.
- Monitor and uplifting security posture and drive Microsoft Secure Score and ComplianceScoreimprovementinitiativesbyidentifyingrisks,recommending remediation actions, and industry best practice.
- FollowITIL-basedprocessesforIncident,Problem,Change,andSecurityEvent Management while ensuring proper documentation and governance.
- Maintainaccurateticketdocumentation,troubleshootingrecords,andknowledgebase articles to support continuous service improvement.
- CollaboratewithL1,L3,andcustomerteamstoensuretimelyresolutionofissuesand adherence to service commitments.
- Demonstrate strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills while providing regular updates on ticket progress and resolutions.
