Non-IT Recruiter - Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment activities across the organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop and implement sourcing strategies that attract, engage, and hire top diverse talent across multiple business functions. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that encourages innovative recruiting approaches. The primary focus will be on delivering high-quality hires, creating an exceptional candidate experience, and building strong, trusted partnerships with hiring leaders.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Partner with the VP of Talent Acquisition to gain a thorough understanding of hiring requirements and achieve recruitment objectives within established timelines.
• Create and manage job postings across job boards, social media platforms, the ATS, and other relevant sourcing channels.
• Stay informed about evolving recruitment trends and hiring practices while developing role-specific assessment criteria.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future workforce needs, as well as prioritize critical vacancies.
• Continuously leverage job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, and other sourcing tools to identify and attract top talent.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, onboarding support, and talent retention initiatives.
• Review resumes, conduct candidate screenings and interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and facilitate offer discussions and negotiations.
• Develop and nurture high-touch relationships with active and passive candidates to create a robust talent pipeline.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels and innovative recruitment strategies to secure high-caliber candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics, while identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions to improve hiring outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and best practices, and recommend policy updates as needed.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• 8 to 12 years of proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Prior experience recruiting for BPO, customer service, and non-technical roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in both niche talent acquisition and high-volume hiring environments.
• Experience promoting employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Strong sourcing expertise, including technical and specialized talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience utilizing various social recruiting channels and talent engagement platforms.
• Proven success in market mapping, talent intelligence, candidate sourcing, and offer negotiations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, with sufficient technical knowledge to recruit for IT-related positions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a professional and polished presence.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, recruitment reporting, and data analysis.
