Sr TA Specialist

Principal Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Proactively source and engage candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels .
• Build sustainable talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies, candidate profiles, interviews, and selection.
• Manage recruiting activities and candidate data through iCIMS .
• Use AI tools to improve interview quality and recruiting efficiency.
• Drive and support Employer Branding initiatives in India , particularly in Hyderabad.
• Develop talent attraction campaigns, employee stories, and content for LinkedIn and employer rating platforms .
• Support recruiting events, networking activities, employee referrals, and other local talent initiatives.
• Track recruiting KPIs and continuously improve sourcing and hiring effectiveness.

Position Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition , ideally in technology, SaaS, or an international environment.
• Strong active sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter .
• Demonstrated Employer Branding experience.
• Experience with iCIMS or a comparable ATS; iCIMS preferred.
• Experience with AI recruiting technology is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
