Role Responsibilities

• Production Support Risk Operations: Oversee production support for mission-critical risk applications and facilitate daily regulatory sign-off processes for the risk management function
• Data Processing Integration: Manage daily batch processing operations and coordinate upstream/downstream data feed integrations
• Infrastructure Management: Lead disaster recovery planning and capacity management initiatives
• Process Optimization: Drive automation initiatives, implement monitoring and alerting systems, and maintain operational excellence
• Team Leadership: Provide team management, facilitate knowledge transfer, and oversee onboarding and training programs for new team members
• Service Management: Coordinate release management activities and handle change, incident, and problem management processes
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective business communication and collaborate closely with Level 3 support teams
• Global Operations: Manage global follow-the-sun rotation schedules and ensure seamless handover processes across time zones

Mandatory Skill Set

• Banking and capital market functional knowledge
• Database, Autosys, SNOW, Unix, Shell scripting, Python, AWS, Microservices, Containers

Desired Skill Set

• Working experience in Investment banking
• Working experience of supporting applications in Risk domain
• Database MSSQL, Oracle, Unix Shell Scripting, Python and automation knowledge.
• Working exposure on AI tools suitable for production services role.
• Working experience of ITIL processes and PS procedures
• Understanding of Client Server architecture, REST APIs, Microservices
• Understanding of Docker containers and DevOps principles
