Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Store Executive to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should possess strong domain knowledge in RCC, Finishing, and MEP materials, along with expertise in material management, inventory control, and store safety operations. Working experience with reputed companies and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and MIS reporting are highly required.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
Material Receipt & Inspection: Oversee inward material receiving, verify quantities against invoices/POs, and perform visual quality inspections.
Inventory Control & Management: Maintain optimum stock levels, conduct stock reconciliations (Reco), and minimize stock-out scenarios.
ERP & Proper Bookkeeping: Handle systematic bookkeeping and precise data entry in SAP S/4HANA.
Store Safety: Implement and maintain store safety protocols and standard storage guidelines.
Wastage & Scrap Management: Monitor, control, and document store wastage and handle scrap disposal processes efficiently.
Delivery Follow-ups: Coordinate with vendors and supply chain teams for timely delivery and fulfillment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Stock Accuracy: Maintain high precision between physical stock and ERP stock records.
GRN Turnaround Time: Ensure Goods Receipt Note (GRN) generation within 24 hours.
Material Stock-Out Frequency: Minimize stock-out instances to ensure smooth operational flow.
Wastage & Variance Control: Control material variance and minimize physical inventory losses.
PR Fulfillment Speed: Promptly process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and material dispatch.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant store management experience.
Industry Experience: Prior experience in reputed companies, with good knowledge of RCC, Finishing, and MEP materials.
Technical & Computer Skills:
Proficient computer skills
Hands-on experience with ERP / SAP S/4HANA
Ability to prepare and analyze MIS reports
