Coupang’s recruiters play a critical role in driving our phenomenal growth by identifying and hiring top talent. As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage a portfolio of positions and act as a strategic partner to the organization. You will also function as an ambassador, championing Coupang’s leadership principles and corporate culture

Recruit talent for Coupang’s rapidly expanding business by engaging with candidates, gathering market intelligence, communicating insights, influencing stakeholders, and driving best practices across our recruitment organization.

Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of total experience
