Role: Release Train Engineer. Experience: 8 to 12 years. Responsibilities
- Facilitate PI Planning, Drive Program Increment PI planning meetings, ensuring stakeholders and teams align on vision, backlogs, and objectives.
- Support Program Execution. Help manage flow, track feature completion using metrics, and communicate status to management.
- Manage Impediments. Escalate and remove systemic bottlenecks, resource conflicts, and cross-team dependencies.
- Coach the ART. Guide Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members on LeanAgile principles and practices.
- Drive Continuous Improvement. Facilitate Inspect and Adapt IA workshops to evaluate performance and track improvement backlog items.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 5 years working in Agile/Scrum environments with prior experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.
- Exceptional facilitation.
