Role Purpose
The L&D Manager will own and drive the end-to-end learning strategy for EdgeVerve, enabling business growth through capability building, leadership development, and a strong culture of continuous learning. This role partners closely with product, engineering, and business leaders to ensure our people have the skills needed for today and tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities
Learning Strategy & Execution

• Design and execute a comprehensive L&D roadmap aligned with EdgeVerve s business strategy and product vision
• Identify current and future capability gaps across technology, product, leadership, and functional roles
• Lead learning needs analysis using business inputs, performance data, and future skill forecasts Capability & Program Design
  
  • Build and manage technical, product, and behavioral learning programs (including AI, cloud, data, automation, agile, and leadership)
  • Drive leadership and succession development programs for mid to senior leadership
  • Enable learning journeys across career stages (early career, specialist, and leadership tracks) Stakeholder & Business Partnership
    
    • Partner with Business Heads, Engineering Leaders, and HRBPs to co-create relevant, high-impact learning solutions
    • Act as a thought partner on talent transformation, workforce upskilling, and internal mobility
    • Facilitate key leadership workshops, learning forums, and capability reviews Learning Operations & Governance
      
      • Manage the learning budget , vendors, and external partners (institutes, digital platforms, consultants)
      • Measure and report learning effectiveness and ROI using KPIs and business impact metrics
      • Ensure scalable, tech-enabled learning via LMS/LXP and digital learning platforms Culture & Continuous Learning
        
        • Promote a culture of self-driven learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing
        • Enable internal communities of practice, mentoring, and coach-led learning
        • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion learning initiatives

            Qualifications & Experience
            Mandatory
            

            • Graduate / Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM in HR, Learning, or related field preferred)
            • 10-14 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 4-5 years in a managerial role
            • Strong experience in technology / product-based organizations
            • Proven expertise in designing and scaling learning programs
              
              • Strong facilitation and communication skills
