- Functional understanding of Manufacturing business process
- Experience in writing BRD and Source to Target Mapping including technical data mapping
- Good understanding of data warehouse concepts
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and relationships
- Develop hypotheses to explain observations and recommend solutions
- Use statistical methods to analyse data and draw conclusions
- Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Generate reports and presentations to share findings with internal and external audiences
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement solutions
- Monitor results of implemented solutions and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services
- Train new employees on company processes and procedures
- Experience in stakeholder management
