Sr. Specialist, Compliance - GCC

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and tracks progress of compliance initiative projects.
• Reviews audits from internal groups to ensure identified risks are being addressed and eliminated.
• Prepares and submits weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports for management review.
• Manages compliance training interface.
• Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and primary contact for drug and alcohol testing regulatory and legal support.
• Assists with DOT 49CFR Part 40 compliance monitoring and reporting.
• Assists with non-DOT Consortium compliance monitoring and reporting.
• Performs regulatory and legal reviews.
• Develops and track compliance to quality and service standards.
• Reviews procedures and recommend efficiencies to leadership.
• Proactively evaluates potential problem areas and initiate action to limit negative outcomes.
• Provides excellent customer service to DISA internal and external customers.
• Drafts business communications and internal notices.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and three (3) years of customer service experience.
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite.
• DISAWorks system experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Federal Drug Testing Regulations.
