About this role
Key Skills: - At least 5 years of experience in solution design and technical roles. - Experience, in leading E2E solution in complex IT projects involving multiple business stakeholders and vendors, preferably with Telco experience. - Understand architectural standards, guidelines, policies and best practice for technology. - Experienced in technical area: Ke, Database Query Oracle. - Experience in Software delivery lifecycle and methodologies. - Experience in project delivery and high-pressure environment. - Knowledge of the Telco domain, especially Ke/Billing/Product Configuration software. Experience with JIRA, CI/CD DevOps is a plus. - Strong negotiation and influencing skills. - Strong organization and time management skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills with other internal/external departments, and personnel of various levels. - A fast learner who is able to work independently with some guidance from the supervisors. - Participate in reviews to enhance quality. - A good team player who enjoys challenges and working with business users to deliver desired outcome.
