Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade Java/Spring Boot microservices applications
• Architect and manage cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Drive modernization and migration of legacy systems
• Manage and mentor a team of 5-6 engineers, overseeing performance, growth, and delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and project timelines
• Ensure code quality, security standards, and best practices across the team

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of hands-on experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot microservices
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure (cloud deployment, services, DevOps pipelines)
• Proven project management skills - planning, execution, risk management, and reporting
• Experience leading and managing teams of 5-6 members
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience
