Sr Site Engineer- Electrical

Job Summary

We are seeking to hire a Senior Site Engineer - Electrical for the WGE Project in Odisha, to address a manpower requirement within MEP BU-01. The candidate will be fully deployed at site until completion of the project and will be responsible for overseeing electrical site execution, technical coordination, quality, progress monitoring, and overall project delivery. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of relevant site engineering experience with strong hands-on exposure to electrical project execution, preferably including solar panel manufacturing facilities and HT substations/systems involving 11 kV, 33 kV, and 110 kV. Experience as a Process Engineer would be an added advantage. Candidates with a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) background will be preferred, particularly those with experience in peer-review consultancy, site monitoring, client coordination, and stakeholder management. The role requires strong client-handling and communication skills, the ability to independently manage site activities, coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders, review technical and execution aspects, and drive the project toward timely and successful completion.
