Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM).
- Strong hands-on experience with Service Catalog, catalog variables, and RITMs.
- Experience with Flow Designer, business rules, and script includes.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideRecord.
- Experience with update sets and configuration promotion across environments.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and Incident Management.
- Ability to work under strict change control and code-freeze conditions.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
Experience Required
- 3–5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Experience delivering enterprise ITSM implementations.
- Experience in controlled release environments and structured development processes.
Good to Have
- ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB Developer or a ServiceNow HRSD
