About this role
We are looking for replacement of a existing TM for Siemens, below JD is required:
experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer - GenAI Agentic AI with 6+ years of overall IT/ServiceNow experience and at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and ServiceNow AI capabilities.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, and custom application development, combined with practical experience in Now Assist, Virtual Agent, custom Now Assist Skill development, MCP Server integrations, and custom agentic workflow development.
- Design and develop scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, primarily across HRSD and ITSM.
- Develop and configure GenAI and Agentic AI solutions to automate business processes and improve user experiences.
- Implement and customize ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities for enterprise use cases.
- Develop custom Now Assist Skills based on business requirements and specific organizational workflows.
- Design and develop Virtual Agent conversations, topics, integrations, and AI-powered experiences.
- Develop custom agentic workflows involving AI agents, decision-making, orchestration, and automated task execution.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external AI/enterprise systems using MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
- Develop and integrate MCP servers/tools to enable AI agents to securely access enterprise data and perform actions.
- Build AI-powered workflows leveraging ServiceNow data, APIs, workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and other platform capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to apply GenAI and Agentic AI to ServiceNow use cases across IT and HR operations.
- Develop REST/SOAP integrations and custom APIs to support AI and ServiceNow solutions.
- Ensure AI implementations follow appropriate security, data privacy, access control, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing ServiceNow applications, integrations, and AI capabilities.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Stay current with emerging ServiceNow AI capabilities, GenAI, Agentic AI, MCP, LLMs, and AI-driven enterprise automation.
