Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist with strong expertise in B2B SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, strengthening search performance, and optimizing content for traditional search engines as well as AI-powered search platforms.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, content strategy, on-page and off-page optimization, and emerging AI-driven search trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, website traffic, and lead generation for B2B audiences.
- Implement AEO strategies to optimize content for featured snippets, FAQs, conversational queries, and direct answers.
- Implement GEO strategies to improve brand visibility and citations across AI-powered search platforms and generative search experiences.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor analysis, and content gap assessments.
- Manage technical SEO activities, including site audits, crawlability, indexation, website architecture, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup.
- Optimize website pages, landing pages, blogs, and other content through on-page SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with content, digital marketing, product, and web development teams to improve search performance.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates, conversions, backlinks, and AI search visibility.
- Develop link-building and digital PR strategies to improve domain authority and website credibility.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm updates, AI search developments, and evolving SEO best practices.
- Prepare regular performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Skills Qualifications
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven organization.
- Strong knowledge of B2B SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies.
- Proven experience in technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content optimization.
- Experience optimizing content for AI-driven search experiences, including Google AI Overviews and generative search platforms.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
- Understanding of structured data, schema markup, internal linking, crawl budget, indexing, and Core Web Vitals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate SEO data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication, content optimization, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS, IT services, technology, or enterprise-focused businesses.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted content optimization and entity-based SEO.
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress and SEO automation tools.
- Understanding of how search visibility contributes to lead generation, conversions, and business growth.
