We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to drive complex SAP Supply Chain projects and lead strategic initiatives. The role focuses on delivering large-scale, high-impact SAP solutions while managing cross-functional teams.
What will your day look like
- Oversee multiple SAP-related Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Planning, and/or Global Trade projects, with a variety of scale and duration.
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client objectives.
- Build and manage high-performing project teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Monitor project KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Mentor other project managers and contribute to organizational best practices.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
- 8+ years of SAP project management experience within the Supply Chain industry, including leading complex and global projects within GTS, IBP, TM, or EWM modules.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a must.
- Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile SAP project implementation methodologies.
- Hands-on proficiency with MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), MS Project, Azure, Jira, and other project management tools.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in vendor and client management.
Desirable Skills:
- Prior experience in a SAP consulting firm or enterprise environment.
- Experience managing SAP implementations in supply chain, logistics, or global trade industries.
- Ability to drive C-level discussions on SAP strategy and digital transformation.
