Sr. Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Success Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, scalability, performance optimization, data strategy, and enterprise customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance on Salesforce architecture, scalability, data strategy, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving Apex CPU limits, row locking, data skew, governor limits, and large data volumes (LDV).
• Lead Severity 1 critical incidents, cross-functional troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Advise customers on Agentforce, Prompt Builder, AI data grounding, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and Salesforce AI solutions.
• Design and recommend scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, asynchronous processing, and integration patterns.
• Optimize CRM analytics/Tableau CRM data pipelines, recipes, and dashboards.
• Guide data architecture, sharing and visibility, identity and access management (IAM), and single sign-on (SSO).
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to identify platform issues and drive technical improvements.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Architecture, and Large Data Volumes (LDV).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce performance optimization, Governor Limits, asynchronous processing, and integration architecture.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Good understanding of data architecture, sharing and visibility, SSO, and security models.
• Exposure to Agentforce / Salesforce AI, Prompt Builder, Data Cloud, RAG, and AI grounding.
• Strong customer-facing communication and critical incident management experience.
• Salesforce certifications in architecture/development are highly preferred.

Good to Have:

• Experience with CRM Analytics/Tableau CRM.
• Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of Platform Events and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as SFDX, Git, Change Sets, and Ant Migration Tool.
• Salesforce Application/Data/Sharing and Visibility Architect certifications.
