Key Responsibilities

• Achieving individual Sales Target set by Management time to time.
• Retention of existing customers.
• Ensuring horizontal and vertical growth of Company's business.
• Daily/Monthly/Quarterly Sales monitoring.
• Follow up for Payment and ensure collection as per terms.
• Creating market for high end Product.
• Acquisition of new customer.
• Analyzing and giving feedback to the SM regarding the market information and competition.
• Interacting with customers periodically to ensure rendering best service as per Company standard.
• Coordinating Quality issues with Lab Operations Team and QC Manager.

Qualifications

• Qualification- B Optometrist .
• Industry- Optical Store / Sales with market preferred.
• Exp.- 5-8 yrs experience in his current profile.
