Sr Sales Engineer/Asst Area Sales Manager with Pneumax

Role Purpose

• Own sales growth and customer relationships in the assigned territory through disciplined execution, technical selling, and market development.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales for pneumatics and revenue targets for the territory.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity to order closure.
• Build and sustain relationships with OEMs, dealers, integrators, and key customers.
• Identify new applications, customers, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and solution presentations.
• Support negotiations with strong technical and commercial inputs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and process compliance.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, service, and operations teams.
