Sr.RM/ZM/AGM-WPC Div.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented RM/ZM/AGM to drive business growth for our WPC Wall Cladding & Decking product portfolio. The incumbent will be responsible for developing regional sales strategies, expanding distributor and dealer networks, leading high-performing sales teams, and achieving revenue targets across the assigned region.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive new product launches and market development initiatives.

2. Drive regional sales growth and achieve business targets.

3. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration.

4. Build, manage, and strengthen distributor and dealer networks.

5. Identify and appoint new channel partners in key markets.

6. Lead, mentor, and develop Area Sales Managers and field sales teams.

7. Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and territory management.

8. Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and key influencers.

9. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

10.Ensure timely reporting, MIS management, and business reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. 10 to 15 years of sales experience in Building Materials, Construction Materials, WPC.

2. Proven experience in managing distributor and dealer networks.

3. Strong exposure to channel sales, project sales, and business development.

4. Experience leading regional sales teams and delivering revenue growth.

5. Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
6. MBA preferred.
