Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve sales targets and grow business.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase agency channel sales, focusing on motor insurance, car insurance, and vehicle insurance products.
  
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, brokers, and other partners to drive revenue growth.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion into new markets or product lines.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
