Responsibilities :-
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote gold loan products and services.
- Assess customer eligibility and creditworthiness by analyzing financial documents and collateral valuation to ensure risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with the credit and risk teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines related to gold loans.
- Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and cross-selling additional banking products to enhance customer value.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews to monitor loan performance, identify delinquency risks, and implement recovery strategies.
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers throughout the loan application, disbursement, and repayment processes.
- Collaborate with branch and regional sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for gold loan products.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
