Sr Relationship Officer Gold Loan

Responsibilities:-

• Develop and manage a high-quality gold loan portfolio by identifying and acquiring new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments of gold loan applicants to ensure adherence to the banks lending policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth loan disbursal processes and ensure timely documentation and verification of gold assets.
• Monitor loan repayments and proactively manage delinquent accounts to minimize non-performing assets and ensure portfolio health.
• Provide expert guidance to customers on gold loan products, interest rates, repayment options, and terms to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to recommend product enhancements and competitive pricing strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports on portfolio performance, customer feedback, and market insights for senior management review.
• Train and mentor junior sales officers and relationship managers to build a knowledgeable and efficient sales team.
• Ensure compliance with all internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory frameworks related to gold loan operations.
• Participate in branch-level sales planning and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.
