Sr Recruitment Executive

Role Overview
Own high-volume bulk and lateral recruitment across multiple functions and locations, ensuring timely closures, strong candidate quality, and an excellent hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple concurrent positions, from sourcing to joining.
• Drive bulk hiring through walk-ins, hiring drives, campus programs, and other channels.
• Handle niche and mid-to-senior lateral hiring through targeted sourcing.
• Manage 20+ open requisitions while maintaining quality and TAT.
• Leverage Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit, Indeed, IIM Jobs, referrals, consultants, and Boolean/X-ray search.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers, manage expectations, and drive timely interview decisions.
• Handle offer negotiations, counter-offers, pre-joining engagement, and closure.
• Track TAT, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on recruitment experience; generalist/HR operations experience not required.
• Strong proven experience in bulk and lateral hiring.
• Experience managing 20+ concurrent requisitions across functions/locations.
• Strong job portal, Boolean/X-ray sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in industrial, B2B, retail, manufacturing, or sales/operations-driven sectors preferred.
