About this role
India and is dedicated to supporting North America Talent Acquisition Operations . The successful candidate must be available to work a fixed schedule aligned with U.S. business hours and be comfortable supporting North America-based recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, vendors, candidates, and other internal stakeholders.
Required Schedule
- 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time (ET)
- Monday through Friday
- Flexibility to support occasional business-critical activities outside standard hours when requiredBecause this role serves stakeholders across the United States and Canada, real-time collaboration during U.S. business hours is essential. The individual in this position is expected to actively participate in meetings, provide operational support, manage urgent escalations, troubleshoot recruiting process issues, and partner closely with stakeholders throughout the North American workday.
