Sr. Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for internal hiring requirements across departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and database management.
• Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies.
• Coordinate and manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management.
• Build strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics including TAT, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring quality.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM.
• 7-10 years of experience in in-house recruitment or corporate talent acquisition.
