Are you an experienced recruiter with exceptional communication skills and a passion for connecting talent with the right opportunities? We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to support recruitment for UK-based Education clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify and engage quality candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.

Requirements

Experience in recruitment with exposure to international hiring.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience in UK Education recruitment is an advantage but not mandatory.
Recruiters with experience in Healthcare, Education, IT, Engineering, or any other international recruitment domain are encouraged to apply.
