Sr. Recruiter/Lead/Manager - US Recruitment

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of recruiters to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for US IT/Non-IT staffing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with direct clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform recruitment decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in US recruitment (W2) or MSP/Staffing industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing teams and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the US IT / Non-ITmarket, including technical skills required by various industries (e.g., software development, cybersecurity).
• Experience working with direct clients in the US, preferably from an agency background.
