• Manage and develop the agency channel.
• Recruit, train, and support insurance agents/advisors.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with agents and customers.
• Monitor agent performance and improve productivity.
• Generate new business through the agency network.
• Conduct regular meetings and training sessions for agents.
• Track sales, renewals, and business performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
• Resolve agent/customer issues and provide timely support.
• Prepare sales reports and share updates with management.
• Expand the agency network by identifying and onboarding new agents.
