Sr Quality Engineer Specialist

Job Summary

Senior Quality Engineer. We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to define and implement quality engineering strategies for automotive software delivery platforms. The role focuses on validating DevOps pipelines, Software in the Loop (SIL) environments, virtual ECU testing, and cloud-native automotive toolchains supporting Software Defined Vehicle development. The engineer will drive automation-first testing and AI-assisted validation throughout the software lifecycle. Experience: 5 to 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies for automotive CI/CD pipelines
• Validate build integration deployment and release workflows across GitHub Actions and GitLab CI environments
• Design quality gates and verify build reproducibility, traceability, artifact integrity, and deployment readiness
• Develop and execute SIL validation frameworks and virtual ECU testing solutions
• Create automated regression, integration, API, and system-level test suites
• Validate AUTOSAR based applications and automotive engineering tool integrations
• Support CANoe vTESTstudio, dSPACE TargetLink, MATLAB/Simulink, and related toolchains
• Develop automation frameworks using Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Playwright, and Bash
• Implement test orchestration for distributed validation environments
• Improve test execution speed, stability, reliability, and coverage
• Validate infrastructure provisioning, container environments, security configurations, and platform resiliency
• Automate environment validation and health monitoring
• Integrate AI and LLM-based capabilities into testing workflows
• Use AI for test case generation, automation scripting, anomaly detection, and quality risk prediction
• Implement failure clustering, root-cause analysis, and self-healing automation
• Track KPIs including test coverage, defect leakage, pipeline health, automation efficiency, and release readiness
• Ensure traceability across requirements, user stories, test cases, defects, and releases
• Automate evidence collection and compliance reporting
