Sr QA / Test Lead

• Strong experience in Functional Testing and API Testing.
• Proven experience in a Senior QA / Test Lead role.

• Lead and independently manage end-to-end QA and testing activities.
• Understand business and functional requirements and prepare appropriate test strategies and test plans.
• Design, review, and execute functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT test scenarios.
• Perform API testing for REST/SOAP APIs, including request/response validation, status codes, data validation, authentication, and error handling.
• Identify test scenarios, prepare test cases, and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product teams, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Manage the complete defect lifecycle, including defect identification, logging, prioritization, tracking, retesting, and closure.
• Drive regression testing for product releases, enhancements, and fixes.
• Prepare and communicate test status, quality metrics, risks, and release readiness to stakeholders.
• Identify testing risks and dependencies and proactively address them.
• Establish and improve QA processes, standards, and best practices.
• Take ownership of QA deliverables and ensure testing activities are completed within agreed timelines.
