• Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure our software products are reliable, user- friendly and defect-free before release. The role involves designing and executing test cases, identifying and tracking bugs, and working closely with developers and product teams.

• Key Responsibilities
• Understand product requirements and prepare test plans, test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform manual testing (functional, regression, smoke, sanity, UAT and cross-browser/device
  testing) on web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document and track defects using a bug-tracking tool (e.g., Jira) and verify fixes.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners and business teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman.
• Create and maintain automation scripts where applicable.
• Ensure releases meet quality standards and sign off on release readiness.
• Prepare and share test reports and quality metrics regularly.
• Suggest improvements to testing processes and product usability.

• Required Skills
• Mandatory experience in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress or Playwright.
• ISTQB certification
• Strong knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect life cycle.
• Hands-on experience in manual testing and writing clear test cases.
• Experience with bug-tracking tools such as Jira.
• Working knowledge of API testing (Postman) and basic SQL.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of Java, Python or JavaScript.
• Exposure to e-commerce, ERP or mobile app testing.

• Qualifications : B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) or equivalent.
