• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchase and vendor development.
• Possess thorough knowledge of production, purchase, and vendor development processes.
• Demonstrate good negotiation skills and proficiency in ERP systems.
• Exhibit strong analytical and logical skills with a proven track record of success in complex environments.
• Be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Maintain smart, polite, and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate a commitment to fulfilling commitments while upholding company code of conduct.
