Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of civil and interior projects as per approved designs, specifications, and timelines.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Supervise civil, interior, finishing, and related construction works at project sites.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors, including work allocation and performance monitoring.
• Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor project budgets, quantities, material consumption, and cost control.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate inspections, approvals, testing, snagging, and project handover.
• Prepare progress reports, MIS, project updates, and documentation for management.
• Ensure proper completion of interior finishes, civil works, MEP coordination, and handover activities.
• Resolve site-level technical and execution-related issues efficiently.
