Job Summary

Oversees multiple projects, large project zones, or complex portfolios; supports senior management in project control delivery.

Abhipsa Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager based at our Head Office to oversee multiple projects and large project zones across our OM and EPC portfolio.

You will act as the senior control point for delivery, supporting executive management with project reviews, risk control, and portfolio-level decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery across multiple projects, large zones, or complex portfolios
• Support senior management in project control, reviews, and delivery governance
• Review project schedules, budgets, and resource plans across the portfolio
• Drive risk management, escalation handling, and corrective actions
• Guide and mentor project managers and site leadership teams
• Represent the company with clients, consultants, and authorities at portfolio level

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering
• 12-18 years of experience in highway or infrastructure project delivery
• Proven experience managing multiple projects or large project zones
• Deep knowledge of NHAI/MORTH specifications, contracts, and EPC/OM delivery models
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Experience with portfolio-level MIS and governance frameworks
