Inito is a venture-backed fertility technology company building the most advanced at-home hormone tracking platform in the world. We re scaling fast - targeting $50M revenue this year - and building a new creative function from scratch in Bangalore.
The role
You re the person who makes the creative machine run. You own the sprint system, the workflows, the timelines, and the operational rhythm that lets creative pods focus on making great work instead of chasing briefs and assets. If you ve run production at an agency or a high-output D2C brand and know what it takes to ship 40+ assets every two weeks without the wheels falling off, this is your role.
What you ll do
- Own and operate the two-week creative sprint system end to end: briefing, production tracking, review cadences, QA, and deployment
- Manage workflows across multiple creative pods (writer + art director pairs), motion designers, and production/editorial resources
- Coordinate with the Growth Strategist on sprint briefing and with media teams on asset delivery timelines
- Build and maintain production infrastructure: briefing templates, asset management, approval workflows, versioning systems, format adaptation pipelines
- Manage the feedback loop between sprint retrospectives and next-sprint planning
- Handle cross-timezone coordination with the London creative team
- Track creative production volume, turnaround times, and quality benchmarks - flag bottlenecks before they become problems
- Manage freelance and outsourced production resources as needed
What you ll bring
- 7+ years in creative production, project management, or producer roles - ideally in an agency, studio, or high-output in-house creative team
- Proven experience running sprint-based or agile production workflows for creative teams (not software - creative)
- The ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams without losing track of details or quality
- Strong process design instincts - you build systems that scale, not ones that depend on you being in every meeting
- Fluency in project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar) and asset management
- Excellent communication skills - particularly written, async communication across time zones
- A thick skin and a calm head. Creative production is high-pressure, high-volume work. You don t panic
Nice to have
- Experience in D2C or performance marketing creative production specifically
- Background in video production management (social, CTV, or brand film)
- Familiarity with Meta ad creative specs, format requirements, and deployment workflows
- Experience building production processes from scratch rather than inheriting them
