Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager for high-rise residential or commercial building projects in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for complete project execution, planning, monitoring and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise building projects.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality and safety.
• Oversee RCC, civil, finishing, faade and MEP coordination works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects and contractors.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and construction plans.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, materials and resources.
• Conduct project review meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Resolve site issues, delays and technical challenges.
• Ensure timely completion, testing, snag closure and project handover.

Candidate Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 15-20 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects.
• Experience in independently handling projects from start to handover.
• Knowledge of planning, billing, contracts, quality and safety.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
