About this role

Reporting directly to the CTO, we are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of innovative, market-leading products and business-critical applications.
If you have a strong background in Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and driving projects from concept to completion, we d like to connect.

Experience Required
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to present examples of previous work/projects
- Management Responsibilities
- Understand and fulfill client contracts
- Gain strong functional/domain knowledge of supported applications
- Actively participate in business requirement gathering and effort estimation
- Plan and schedule project deliverables and milestones
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with accepted quality standards
Strict adherence to SLAs - Identify, track, and mitigate project risks
- Monitor and report Agile metrics to customers and leadership
- Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledgebase
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert
- Follow Agile/SCRUM practices
- Coach and support team members, including conflict resolution
- Organizational Responsibilities
- Participate in learning and development initiatives
- Contribute to peer skill development (workshops, presentations)
- Suggest and implement process improvements
- Actively contribute to the corporate knowledgebase
- Experience with Jira / TFS / VSTS or similar Project Management Systems
- MS Project, Visio, and strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong understanding of SCRUM / Agile methodologies
- Strong time management and scheduling skills.
- Budget monitoring and cost control
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and motivational abilities
- Quick learner, adaptable, and solution-oriented
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
